The Out of Town Centre Ltd is a well-established day service for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, based in Southampton.
With over five decades of experience, we take pride in promoting welfare, person-centred planning, and self-worth. Our fun, friendly, and reliable staff go above and beyond to ensure the needs and expectations of our service users are met. Health and well-being are at the heart of what we do, making them one of our top priorities.
Our highly trained staff provide exceptional support for both mental and physical health. We actively promote well-being through various sports and community-based activities, including voluntary work to encourage independence. Service users also engage in work-based projects, such as fundraising for local charities by creating and selling homemade products on-site.
