The Out of Town Centre Ltd is a well-established day service for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. We are based in Southampton.

With over 50+ years of experience combined, we take pride in promoting welfare, personal centred planning and self-worth. Our fun, friendly, approachable, and reliable staff go above and beyond their roles to ensure our service users' needs and expectations are met. Health and wellbeing is all in-house and is one of our main priorities.

Our staff are trained to provide exceptional support for both mental and physical health. We look after the welfare of our service users by engaging them in various sports; they also partake in community-based activities, such as voluntary work within the community to promote independence. Service users also partake in work-based activities such as fundraising for local charities by making and selling homemade products on site.
