Referrals
If you're aged 16 or over and have a learning disability, you can refer yourself to our service; you can also be referred by family, social workers, carers, hospital staff, and similar people. Please note that our service is best suited to those that work well with groups, we offer 1;1 support and 2;1 support for challenging behaviour, we are well known and established in dealing with challenging behaviour. Get in touch with us if you would like to discuss your suitability with our centre in more detail.
Funding
There are many ways that funding can be found in order to attend our day care centre - the majority of adults using our services pay to do so using adult services, including but not limited to personalised budgets, in-control money, direct payments made by another person, or self-directed support. If you would like to discuss your best funding solution, talk to a member of our team today.
Transport
Transport to and from our Southampton adult day centre we can provide a pick up and drop off service for everyone.

As a day care centre, our opening times are as follows:
Monday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Tuesday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Wednesday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Thursday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Friday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Saturday : 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Sunday : Closed
We are usually also open on bank holidays; contact us if you have a specific date in mind.
Staffing
All of our staff members are fully-trained and DBS checked before beginning to work for us. Our daily staffing rate strives to be on a 2:1 basis in order to provide adequate care for our service users. We can offer care on a 1:1 basis if your personal needs require it; we can also work with external support workers should those arrangements be beneficial to you.
